QUADRAKON® SB is manufactured from copper with silver-bearing in Square, Rectangular and Round shapes.
Quadrakon® G built with fiberglass insulation, its electrical conductor made of electrical grade fiberglass strands; it can be applied with bare or enameled (Polytermacon/AI®) conductors. It can be manufactured in square, rectangular and round conductors.
QUADRAKON® D is lined with insulation made of electrical grade fiberglass filaments and polyester threads and can optionally be coated with an insulation varnish, allowing use in electric generators, traction motors, etc. It can be manufactured in square, rectangular, and round conductors.
QUADRAKON® K is manufactured with polyimide tape insulation (Kapton® or Apical®) and with Teflon adhesive that allows its use in high temperatures and high power applications; it can be used in Transformers, Generators, and Aerospace Applications. It can be manufactured in square, rectangular, and round conductors.
QUADRAKON® P Its construction is based on various types of thermally enhanced cellulosic paper insulation (such as Kraft® or manila, creped or uncreped). It can be used in high-power applications, including oil transformers. It can be manufactured in square, rectangular, and round conductors in copper or aluminum.
The construction of QUADRAKON® N is based on polyamide tape (known as NOMEX®). It allows its use in high-temperature and high-voltage applications, such as power transformers, dry and oil transformers, generators, and traction motors. It can be manufactured in square, rectangular, and round conductors in copper or aluminum.
NANOGUARD® magnet wire has been designed for inverter motors and offers excellent winding capacity, flexibility, and a low friction ratio. The insulations used make NANOGUARD® have an excellent useful life in inverter environments due to its temperature resistance, high adhesion, and flexibility. NANOGUARD® is manufactured in copper and aluminum conductors and is recommended for electrical equipment with a thermal class of up to 220°C.
IMIDIKON® offers the highest thermal class available on the market and is made of a polyamide resin with excellent hermetic characteristics and chemical resistance. IMIDIKON® is manufactured in two insulations, single and double, and is recommended for electrical equipment with a thermal class of up to 240°C.
AMIDIKON® offers excellent winding characteristics at high speed and high thermal class. Polyamide-imide resin-shaped insulation has excellent dielectric, thermal, hermetic capacity, and chemical resistance characteristics. This product is manufactured in two constructions: single and double. AMIDIKON® copper magnet wire is recommended for use in equipment with a thermal class up to 220 °C.
POLYTERMACON® AI magnet wire is manufactured with a Polyester-imide resin base and a polyamide-imide (AI) overcoat. This magnet wire combines the excellent dielectric and thermal characteristics of the Polyester-imide resin and the benefits offered by the chemical structure of polyamide-imide. Polyester-imide protects against overloads and crossovers and provides excellent resistance to chemical agents. At the same time, Polyamide-imide offers a tough, smooth surface with a low coefficient of friction, making the POLYTERMACON® AI wire highly resistant to damage caused by high-speed winders and an excellent option for motor winding.
POLYTERMACON®SC is manufactured with enamel based on polyester-imide resins, with a final layer of thermoplastic cement; this provides excellent weldability and thermal resistance properties. POLYTERMACON®SC is manufactured in single and double insulation and is recommended for equipment with a thermal class of up to 180°C.
POLYTERMACON® AI-C is a variant of POLYTERMACON/AI® coated with a self-adhesive thermoplastic film capable of producing a strong bond with each winding turn when heat is applied. This adhesive strength will be resistant to overheating and wear from solvents. POLYTERMACON® AI-C is manufactured in single and double insulation and is recommended for equipment with thermal class up to 180°C.
FORMACON® Magnet Wire is manufactured with an enamel made from a modified polyvinyl formal resin. FORMACON® wire is manufactured in two insulation gauges, single and double, and is offered in copper or aluminum conductors in round and rectangular shapes. It is recommended for electrical equipment with a maximum operating temperature of 120 °C.  
SOLDACON® N magnet wire is manufactured with a polyamide (nylon) overlay on the SOLDACON® wire base insulation (polyurethane). Our produces an insulation that combines the excellent electrical characteristics and weldability of SOLDACON® wire with the toughness, ease of winding, and abrasion resistance of the polyamide (nylon) overlay. This product is manufactured in three constructions: Single, Double, and Triple, and is offered in Copper or Aluminum conductors. SOLDACON® N magnet wire is recommended for electrical equipment with a thermal class of up to 180 °C.
POLYTERMACON® S is made with enamel based on weldable polyester-imide resins that provides excellent weldability and thermal resistance properties. POLYTERMACON® S is manufactured in single and double copper insulation and is recommended for equipment with thermal class up to 180°C
POLYTERMACON® SN is manufactured from enamel formulated with weldable polyester-imide resins and a polyamide layer, which provide excellent weldable properties, thermal resistance, ease of winding and resistance to cracking. POLYTERMACON® SN wire is manufactured in two insulation thicknesses, single and double, and is offered in Copper conductors. It is recommended for use in electrical equipment with a thermal class of up to 180°C.
INSERKON® magnet wire is designed for high-speed winding machines and in processes where inserting and forming coils is difficult. This wire offers excellent winding features and a very low friction ration. Its insulation comprises a polyester-imide resin base and a polyamide-imide overlay, giving it excellent dielectric, thermal, chemical, and hermetic features. This product is manufactured in two insulation gauges, Single and Double, and is available with Copper and Aluminum conductors. INSERKON® copper magnet wire is recommended for applications in electrical equipment with a thermal class up to 200 °C. In aluminum conductors, the thermal class is 220 °C.
